If your item(s) are damaged, print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where you are required to sign for the items and then refuse delivery. After delivery is refused, we will file a claim and send you a replacement product. If product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier. For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email, so that we can address and correct the situation.

All warranties provided, if any, are manufacturers' warranties, which are typically included in the packaging of the product(s). HomeModern Florida WILL charge a mandatory $99.00 USD processing fee to cover initial warranty charges, an in-home inspection fee of $75.00 USD (if necessary), plus additional freight charges and pick-up/ delivery fees involved in servicing your product(s).
